Tassels

One thing I've noticed this spring is, tassels are quite literally everywhere, from bags and shoes, to clothes. Sick of denim? Forget about all those scratchy skinny jeans and stiff jackets, wear tassels instead for an instant fashionable finish. At first, I wasn't the biggest fan of the tassel trend, however, I've found tassels incredibly easy to incorporate into my spring wardrobe. Plus, they're super affordable if you are on a tight budget.

Here's my favourite tassel look to date:

I loved wearing this outfit around Liverpool; the soft jersey fabric was comfy for a day of shopping and a nice brunch with a good friend. The dress is an over-sized t-shirt fit, complete with delicate tassels at the bottom of the hem. I adore the colour, it’s the perfect dress to basically throw on and have instant festival vibes. I styled the dress up with my new look pumps and black floppy hat, I would rather wear this dress with some boot heels, however, walking around Liverpool all day isn't so great to do in heels (safety first).

After raiding the usual shops around Liverpool, we went for some nice food in East Avenue Bakehouse. If you happen to find yourself floating around Liverpool one day, looking for something to eat, I highly recommend this place. It’s super cute and the food is amazing (the eggs benedict is really tasty, it's turned into a slight obsession of mine).

If you are interested in purchasing this dress, it's currently still on sale on the Missguided website.

Thanks for taking your time reading. I hope you're all enjoying my posts this week, I go away in two days... super excited. I'll be posting once more tomorrow before I go away so keep checking back. Check out my Instagram for more fashion bits and bobs - www.instagram.com/chelslous
